The backpack is built from a mix of rugged fabrics, padding and hardware, chosen for outdoor and everyday use.

Main materials:

Outer shell - Heavy duty six hundred D Oxford polyester with a water resistant coating.

Inner lining - Reinforced twelve hundred D waterproof lining in the main compartment to separate wet or dirty gear from the rest.

Padding and back panel - High density foam in the shoulder straps and back panel with breathable mesh where the pack touches your back.

Webbing and straps - Nylon webbing on the front and sides plus adjustable straps and compression straps.

Zippers and buckles - YKK metal zippers for the main openings and strong plastic buckles on the chest and waist straps.

Front patch area  - Hook and loop panel on the front for patches.

Each backpack ships folded inside a protective plastic bag and some straps that keep it closed.
